What do I need to prepare before the design process begins?
Please prepare the following information and complete the project request form:
- Promotional Campaign & Advertising
Provide your target audience details, content distribution platforms, required design dimensions, final copy/content text and content image, reference images, product information, and preferred style references. - Logo & Brand Identity
Provide background information about your brand and business, and any preferred style or visual references. - Product Packaging, Print & Collateral Design
Provide required dimensions, final copy/content text and content image (in an editable format), product or material images, and style references.
Additional details will be discussed with you in the creative brief discussion based on the information submitted.
Can the project cost be cheaper?
Our pricing reflects over 10 years of professional experience and the quality we commit to delivering. The quoted project rate is already the most cost-effective price calculated for you based on the project scope and required expertise.
If you have ongoing or future design needs, you may consider enrolling in our VIP Client Program, which offers a stored-value plan and exclusive discounts on standard rates.
If I want to use the same design across different platforms or channels, do I need to pay an additional fee?
If the design fits the required specifications of other platforms, you may use it freely without additional charges.
However, if a platform requires a different size, layout, or version that needs to be redesigned or adjusted, a design or modification fee will apply.
